Product Details
This personalised wooden wedding post box offers a unique place for guests to leave cards on your special day and will be a wonderful reminder afterwards. The lid has 2 high quality UK-made brass cabinet locks meaning the box contents can be kept secure. If your wedding venue has advised you to have a locking box then this could be the box you need.
The fabulous post box is large enough to hold many cards and some small gifts and will be an unusual talking point on your wedding day. It will provide a feature point for your guests to deposit their cards and, being made from real wood, it is sturdy enough to be used as a storage or keepsake box after the event.
It has a large slot in the top allowing for easy posting and the lid lifts off to access the cards inside.
The wedding post box is available with a choice of base colour and a contrast choice for the writing of many different colours (please see the colour box in the pictures or a full list) so there's sure to be something to suit. The front information box can be personalised with up to 5 lines of text containing a maximum of 12 characters on each line and the logo can contain any 2 initials you wish, making the box even more special and personalisation options and more colours can be arranged but if you need these services then please ask prior to placing an order. Some of these extra options may incur an additional cost.
PLEASE NOTE that all items are individually handmade and personalised to order by us in our Lincolnshire workshop and each one takes time to produce. But this does mean that your box will be created especially for you and delivered by courier to your chosen address. We hate to disappoint so please allow plenty of time between ordering and delivery. If you need delivery sooner then please contact us before placing an order and we might be able to help. We ship by courier so a signature is usually required but delivery to an alternative address or neighbour is acceptable. Locks:
With our locking wedding post box, each box will have 2 locks and keys. Our locks are made of brass by A&E Squire in the West Midlands and they’re one of the few remaining high quality cabinet lock makers in the UK. The Squire family have been making locks for over 300 years and the business is still family owned and run. The same key fits all the locks they supply us with, so the two keys we provide will fit both locks. And if you lose them we can provide more!

The lockable wedding post box measures approximately 65cm (h) x 37cm (w) x 37cm (d).
It weighs approximately 10kg.
All our items are individually handcrafted to order by us in the UK and each one takes time to produce. But this does mean that you get a beautiful item handmade especially for you!
If you have missed our order deadline for your chosen occasion there are three options so you have something to give on the day:
If you want to give a specific item, you can download a pdf voucher card, for which there is no charge, to print at home. The link for the download is HERE (opens in a new window or automatically downloads, depending on your system). It's also on the Gift Voucher Card tab on each product page.
Or you can choose the postal voucher by selecting ''with postal voucher" from the voucher options on the individual product pages. We will post the voucher card to you within 3 working days. There is a £2 charge for the postal gift voucher service (to cover printing and postage).
In both instances will forward the gift (either to you or direct to your chosen recipient) once it has been made.
Or you can purchase online gift cards (here), which are available in several denominations and you can email to your chosen person or print off and give to them direct so they can choose their own gift;
Been given a voucher?
If you've been given one of our voucher cards as a gift then well done, you can choose a gift for yourself! A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order.
Here are the instructions for using your voucher - it's a simple 123 process:
- Choose your product and add it to the basket in the usual way.
- Proceed through to the checkout, entering your billing and/or delivery details when prompted.
- Redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. This code isn't case sensitive. If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then click Complete Order. If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then please choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
